Ward has become one of the Midwest's most successful mediators, facilitators and Professional speakers since he began his career as an attorney in 1982. He holds an AV honor, the highest professional rating by Martindale-Hubbard. In addition to his successful law career he was the founder of CIRCLE BLISS PRODUCTIONS, the producer of the high profile and internationally acclaimed independent film, ONE
The Movie. His main area of interests involve the application of 'following one's bliss' to cultivate connected consciousness. He oversees the creation and development of all media related projects, applications for interview footage and other materials  developed as part of ONE, The Movie Project, including publications, alternate format media presentations, Educational and institutional programs development, multimedia creation, online and gaming interactive oversight and international distribution of related media.  As a sculptor, his works are on display at many commercial buildings. In 1999 he authored and published "Voices in Verse." He is the President of Three Angel Properties; and, together with his wife Diane travels widely doing public and media appearances to promote  ONE The Project and its related programs.
